Trainees that complete a 感觉-compliant training program are eligible to receive an AWS 感觉 certificate and wallet card. The 感觉 program includes four different certificates that a trainee can earn, 每种焊接工艺提供一个(SMAW), 熔化极气体保护焊-, GTAW, 和FCAW).

The 焊接技术 curriculum provides students with a sound understanding of the science, 技术, and applications essential for successful employment in the welding and metalworking industry. 有效培训焊接技术专业人员, the performance of certain functions is incorporated throughout the program. Faculty and students are required to demonstrate proficiency of these functions in the 焊接技术 program. 基本功能包括:
